This is a competition for the backyard Barbecue enthusiast to put their skills on display!

There will be food vendors, a beer tent and local artist and craftsman selling their work.

What kind of smokers can be used? Any kind, we are less restrictive in this sense.
Who provides the meat? The competitor is responsible, the meat will need to be inspected by contest staff however.
When can we set up? Friday June 17th
Is there power? Yes
Is there Water? Yes
Is there an Entry Fee? $40.00 per team
Are there prizes? Yes $100 per winner of each category and $200 for the Grand Champion plus trophies (working on a few sponsors for more prizes)
Do I have to compete is all 4 categories? No, you may compete and 1-4 as you see fit.
Can I sell my BBQ? If you would like to sell BBQ contact me and we can discuss this further as there are permits required.
Is this open to the public? Yes PLEASE ENCOURAGE FRIENDS TO ATTEND!!! There will be a cover charge of $10 per person. This gains them access to the event ground, Beer and food tents and they can play lawn games and listen to the bands
Is this 21 plus event? No, however there will be ID Checks and wristbands assigned to those over 21.
Is this BYOB? No, there is a vendor selling craft beer
Entertainment? 3 great Local Bands, Road Trash, Moxley Union and About Gladys. Check them out on Facebook. There will also be horse shoes and corn hole.
