for a rock'n roll concert kick off to the Oktoberfest festival.

The Stowe Oktoberfest is proud to support Friends of Stowe Adaptive Sports! A portion of the proceeds raised at Friday evening's event will support this worthwhile cause!

Friends of Stowe Adaptive Sports offers increased access to recreational opportunities for Vermont residents living with permanent disabilities. The programs we support - skiing and riding, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking - are designed to create freedom, promote independence, support inclusion and help individuals and their families discover their full social, mental and athletic potential. Adaptive sports and recreation programs play a major role in the overall rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Participation in programs made possible by Friends of Stowe Adaptive Sports and its partners helps to fulfill that role. The determination, satisfaction, and success that adaptive athletes experience help to eradicate preconceived notions about the disabled, as others see and respect their character and tenacity.

Saturday, Oct. 3rd, 11:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday, Oct. 4th, 11:00am - 3:00pm

The Town of Stowes event field will be transformed into a Bavarian village, under a traditional tent this year for this annual celebration of the harvest and fall foliage. From Oompah bands to authentic Bavarian foods and freshly brewed Vermont beers to traditional sing-a-longs and dancing, even a silent auction... theres something for every villager... young and old. It's a weekend full of music, dancing, and of course great beer. Oktoberfest is a great time for a good cause. Last year, Oktoberfest allowed Stowe Rotary to provide over $50,000.00 worth of support to over twenty local charities and scholarships in the greater Lamoille/Washington County region.
