Description:
Sugaring in a cast iron kettle over an open fire. Delicious maple desserts, maple products and crafts and new 2007 syrup will be available for sale. Old fashioned sugar on snow and maple cotton candy are always favorites.
A video about Vermont maple sugaring will be shown continuously. A raffle with cash prizes, gift baskets and gift certificates will be held during the festival.
