| Description: | Floribunda, the fundraising flower & garden show organized annually by the Norwich Womens Club. Set-up will be on Friday, March 14th, from 8am, closing up at 5 pm. As in past years, there will be a Café offering food during the weekend for our visitors, and there will also be a full program of demonstrations. The theme of this years show is A Welcome to Spring. We hope this will encourage you to design your booth display with as many flowers and plants as possible to attract our visitors. This year all the vendors will be in the main hall, including the stage, which we hope you will enjoy. However, to fit vendors and visitors in both comfortably and safely, the aisles have to be increased a little, so the stalls will have to vary in depth from 8 to 66 (8 in the middle section, along one wall 66, along the other wall 7): we have already spoken to a number of you and know that the shallower depths are manageable for some of you. We ask you to state your preferred depth in the attached form. The fee for your booth is $75 for an 8-ft width or $150 for a 16-ft width. Please fill out the attached form and return it, along with your check made out to the Norwich Womens Club, to Floribunda 2008, c/o PO Box 482, Norwich, VT 05055. Your booth space will be guaranteed once we have received your payment. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions. In late February we will send you a floor plan, event program, and notification of the practical details of your setup and display. We look forward to a great show and really appreciate your support: all the proceeds from Floribunda go to community projects. | |
